Yoga & Pilates
What is Pilates?
The late Joseph Pilates (pronounced pa-lah-teez)
had a remarkable insight and understanding of how the human body moves. He devised
specific training equipment and a series of 500 controlled exercises that engage
both the mind and the body. These exercises focus on developing the core muscles
of the abdomen and increase the endurance and flexibility of supporting muscles.
"You will feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 sessions, and have
a completely different body in 30 sessions."
