The Free Trial Membership is good for 10 consecutive days for an individual, married couple or family living at the same residence. The Trial Membership is available for non-member, first-time guests only. Primary member must be at least 18 years old, live within 20 miles of a Prairie Life Fitness location, and must meet with a Member Services Representative between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. to activate the membership. Trial Membership children ages 3 months to 11 years old have access to two hours of free childcare in the Child Center. A facility tour, presentation of photo ID and registration with a Member Services Representative are required. Trial Membership is subject to club policies, may be limited to non-peak usage, and is subject to blackout dates surrounding national holidays. Discount cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. No cash value.
